Yk this could have gone so angsty…like when the director kicks out the mc during his rut (not that serious) I was prepared for the situation to be that betas can’t alleviate rut/heat symptoms cuz the lack the pheromones/chemicals the body is releasing for. Really had the potential to be more gut wrenching
