If I remember correctly in the end they reconnect in college by pure coincidence. They end up in good terms. They’re neither friends or enemies. I think they never get together until the side stories…

Basically, at the ending they’re already in college. Jun and Yohan gets into an accident regarding a former classmate that ends with Yohan getting thrown acid on his right shoulder. They’re in the hospital and Yohan tells Jun that he doesn’t believe in God anymore and that Jun is his new religion. Jun doesn’t believe it so Yohan starts kissing his feet and going up from there. And that’s how the main story ends (=・ω・=)
