Yall I think this is just a novel on bomtoon TT it's only listed under the novels section and there's no mention of it being a mahwa, sadly. Yall can look it up, and the first few chs are free to read, but you'll have to MTL.

It's an omegaverse plotline, forced/arranged marriage, one night stand. And for those worried, MC and ML are NOT related. MC's half brother is the one who forced him into a marriage with some rich/business dude that has relations to gangs, basically "selling him off", and their relationship isn't good. MC and his half brother quite literally dislike eachother, and it mentions how MC has a hatred for his fiance. So MC decides to rebel and leave to go to a bar, where a stranger basically drugs and attempts to SA him. The free chs end there, but the plot description implies the ML is the one who helps him get out of that situation, and they meet again. It's also heavily implied that MC's fiance is the ML.
Since I MTL, I didn't quite get the current plot, but it mentions MC being a beta or a "fake omega", ML is an alpha.
As of today, there's 30 chs out, and it mentions it updates T/TH/SAT (ongoing).
In my judgement, and from the tags, it seems to be a good plot and hopefully nothing toxic between MC and ML (sweet, gentletop, healing, cute tags), though there seems to be a sad upbringing for MC and also what went on in the first few chs. Other than that, the plot seems decent.
