Not that I’m a Jaekyung sympathizer- he’s kinda batshit but I’m pretty sure the point was that he has found something (love for someone) worth focusing on and that means he loves him more than he loves winning in boxing and doesn’t have the same tense anxiety that his whole life is only going to keep going if he wins his next match. —like character development or smth
Yeah i can see that but it was brushed off so easily like he just beat him up and thats it, it wouldve been better if we saw sum intensity going there
