I’m like lowkey depressed and shit so my maximum effort is basically my minimum effort which equals to literally almost having nothing else to do with my life besides work and a shit ton of free time LOL
invest in coloring books, as childish as it sounds it keeps you busy and is also fun
Aye! Yeah! My friend loves coloring books, she’s 24 years old but told me she absolutely just loves doing it. She said it’s her safe place and I found it quite interesting to say the least because I had never thought of doing something like that as I am much older
