That's blatantly incorrect. Pecs are not rock solid. When they're not being flexed, they're soft and squishy. If one has big enough pecs, they can even bounce when you run, just like a woman's. I haven't read this comic in forever, so maybe the artist did draw the guy's chest to look like boobs, but what you said is wrong either way.
The artist cannot decide if he has male pectoral or female tits. Pectorals are rock hard, not soft & flexible.
