there’s very subtle angst in this one but it doesn’t overpower the story but rather it makes clear sense on ‘why’ both characters (mc and ml) act and talk like the way they do and don’t hold it against each other surprisingly

(ongoing, 75 chapters with 8 short anime episodes that adapted the first minor half of the original manga with a few minor changes but they did include the sex scenes so.. priorities? it’s up to you if you wanna watch it and the uncensored version, also gonna add that it got a live action adaptation recently)

to summarize, mc (who starts as a yellow flag) works in an office where he’s popular and admired by his co workers while they all have no idea it’s a mere front and that he’s actually a narcissistic playboy outside of work

as he’ll often hook up with guys and goes on dating apps but to his own dismay he can’t find love (while at the same time being a judgmental asshole who rates his hookups)

atleast until he meets the ml who he judges the living fuck out at first as they’re co workers yes but also complete polar opposites

but.. they end up going on a business trip where they hook up and make a deal that they can keep sleeping together if mc doesn’t fall for him

I’ve stayed with it because both mc and ml visibly develop and grow from the beginning as quite clearly in the latest chapter, and how the author herself handles certain topics actually feels really nice and respectful
