From the novel so far I do think the silver guy likes her but it’s very subtly. He is always looking out for her and doesn’t oppose the marriage between Talia even tho he has the power to refuse through veto. Stars aligned for him so he’s probably going with the flow but I wish he wasn’t so nonchalant. Novel has hinted his bloodline being able to read mind or foresee future but I don’t think it’s been confirmed yet that he can.
Well yes he's really love fl, ML literally fell at first sight cause in his POV when he first met fl (the bird scene) she brought colors in his world he never saw before. Back then ML sees the world in a monotonous color basically there's no color in his point of view and everything changed when he met thalia (guess why he stared at her at that time when she pointed out he has silver crown in his eyes)
And one time, when Lucas (ml's cousin) said he was able to get the woman he liked ml stopped in his tracks... cause when the emperor declared the marriage with fl he immediately took the chance and readily broke off his previous engagement to marry fl and in this time he did not reply but also did not deny...
