There are many reasons you can be feeling like that, but it’s a bit hard to tell without a proper context. My advice would be to have an open conversation with the people you are closest to and ask them directly, if they are really your friends they will give you a honest feedback and try helping you overcome whatever the problem may be, if not, you should look for better friends.
hm, maybe ur friends are the type of people who always need to lead the conversation, that’s why they’re always running their mouths. u should try confronting them if you can. maybe u could say something like, 'im not finished,' or 'im still talking,' or whatever feels natural to u, so they won’t keep overlooking what you’re saying

Every time I’m in a social situation or in a big group of people I feel like I turn invisible. Any word I say gets collectively ignored or simply dismissed. Sometimes they just talk over me like I’m not there. These are my friends most of the time I just don’t get why they shut me out occasionally? Is it something I’m doing?
