It happened to all of us back in January. Mangago's data disk crashed. Only stories you have rated and/or tagged were recovered, nothing else did or will come back. All retrieved stories were dumped into your "Already read" list, you have to manually re-add them back where they were pre-crash. You can start rebuilding your lists now.

I have this same issue, including my reading and already read
So I went to check on the manga I saved as want to read and they are all gone
There were over 500 saved and now it's 0
And my Reading is 5 when it was around 700 before
