they police sm and only focusing on that part not the whole stories or maybe shift the topic to them what make u liked to that anime like plot or storyline or lesson learned (anime are generally have fan service and we cant escape to that)

Ditch your fake fun police asshole "friends" and (maybe) find real friends that accept you for who you are and your interests. What's the point of being friends with assholes like them when in the end you still feel lonely with them. You shouldn't live with people who bring nothing but trouble and stress to you.
My friend who started watching Seven Deadly Sins talks about it with us and my other friend finds the anime weird because the whole Elizabeth thing and you know what she didn't do? Alienate and Makes weird jokes of my friend for watching it. We're just moving along with our day bcs in the end it's just an anime.
Those aren't your true friends. They're assholes who don't like you and you should leave them before they make any more damages to your mental health.

I mean I have these friends and I once was talking about an anime I was watching called "The Seven Deadly Sins" and how interesting the series was, and they saw the clip where the main lead "Meliodas" said "get your hands off my women." and starting to mock him.While talking about how I was weird for watching the anime. Which I strongly disagree,although it has its own ways of doing fan service and I was done with they're shenanigans and starting talking about how I personally liked Dan Da Dan, and than they called me a pervert/weirdo for watching a girl get striped to her bra and underwear. I feel ashamed of saying I'm a fan of these animes and they always check an anime i watched/watching and ask if the anime has minors doing weird things.I feel disgusted on how they think I watch anime like that. But I was telling them about this manga I was reading called "Jagaaan" and how it has some 18+ panels and how its horror,then one of them asked if minors were forced into weird things in "Jagaaan". Which I didn't answer because they have some weird shit in there. I always feel sad and rather lonely because they make fun of me constantly,it's almost like they're my bullies rather than friends. They always joke on how I would molest kids or anyone in general. I've told them to stop. But the thing is they're the only people who I can get along with most so I would have no friends if i left them.
