Okayyy so basically, So Lee-yeon (mc) is a tree doctor. One day, she goes into the forest to check and give treatment to a tree. While she was returning after giving treatment to the tree, she witnessed a murder.
The murderer is Kwon Chae-woo (ml). Just when she wanted to leave unnoticed, she stepped on a branch and the sound gave away that she was there. Kwon Chae-woo goes towards So Lee-yeon and tries to strangle her. Out of self defense, she swung her tree cutter??(idk what it's name is) at him. But, the guy who Kwon Chae-woo was trying to kill wasn't dead yet and he hit Kwon Chae-woo oh his head with a rock and because of the hit Kwon Chae-woo fell into a coma.
Later on, So Lee-yeon is taken into a room and her hands are tied. Turns out Kwon Chae-woo's older brother thinks that So Lee-yeon is the one responsible. So she denies it telling that it was the other guy. So, his brother tells her that until he finds the real culprit So Lee-yeon has to keep an eye on Kwon Chae-woo and make sure he doesn't leave the city they are living in , or else he's gonna make her go to jail as the culprit.
So Lee-yeon really hoped that he'd never wake up. Fast forward 2 years, he wakes up. But... he has lost his memory!! But he still has that violent way of talking and he threatened to kill her when he saw her. So, to save her life, she says that she was someone he liked- his wife.
And the story goes on showing how she starts catching feelings for him and how their relationship soon becomes twisted. Now the question is... Will Kwon Chae-woo get his memory back?
