I’m a bit confused by this character’s logic. She was taken in by her grandfather as a child and raised as a male specifically to inherit the family name and leadership. Since she has successfully played the part her whole life, why does she feel the need to reveal she is a woman now? If her goal is to protect the family legacy and take over as head of the house, it would be much simpler to keep pretending to be a man. There was no real necessity for her to come out; she could have just maintained the secret and secured her position
