Tbh the story was a little too light-hearted and simple for the subject matter already - their relationship being so normal when he's spent his whole life hating royals and is currently under an imprint that's actively brain washing him can be explained away but lowers the stakes of the original premise and that neutering of various plot points that could make for interesting conflicts is an ongoing issue in this manhwa
But the breaking point for me was when she brought in the goats around chapter 72. The premise is they're facing a shortage of drinking water because their one source of water was contaminated so they're using magic planes to bring in water and planning to build an aquaduct. The premise itself is wonky because it's implied the contamination was part of the plan (esp since it happened during the trap she set and the ML could've easily prevented it) to gain permission to build the aquaducts but then they imply that they've had to stop operations because of the lack of water and the aquaduct will take a while to establish. So the FL brings in like a hundred goats saying they'd drink milk instead. The concept of bringing in a hundred extra mouths who need to drink water themselves into an environment with limited water already so they can all have milk boggles the mind. Again it's implied it's an excuse to get the village these goats but 1) nobody with a brain would accept this excuse and 2) it's done before the aquaduct is created so are we letting the goats stay a bit parched until the aquaduct is constructed or are the magic planes just increasing their trips by a power of 10? It's crazy that this is introduced as a clever plan to the extent I'm still wondering if I missed some crucial plot point that explains all of this. In any case, straw, camel, and broken back - I've dropped it
