Dude the guy that gave me the spoiler talked as if it was this forever-long rape scene but honestly it wasn’t THAT bad (it was still bad, it’s fucking rape after all)
she deffo has, its marriage rape, basically they are only married so he can get off n so that she doesnt bring her family shame by being a single woman n that she has a house n such, its a more common thing than you would think. a lot of men assume if they are married it means sex is always on the table n they dont even view thwir wife as someone who can or cant consent
oh thank god they didn't make that scene too graphic or long. i feel so bad for ms sayoko, is there even hope for her to get out of that marriage?? i wonder if she has been assaulted before because when she said "it's alright he leaves after and just falls asleep in his room" maybe she has endured worst ??? i need to know her story. and for aftermath, ms sayoko doesn't seem to be worked up about piss and puke which im glad abt cs that def doesn't have any space in this chapter. as for meari, i cannot imagine how bad she must've felt, seeing the woman you 'love' and admired be violated like that...
