I used to use mangajinx before this so that's really the only one I know of rn but it has a lot of ads so you prob need to download an ad blocker beforehand
I wouldn't recommend reading this on this site tbh, I've read this story multiple times because I like the angst but this translation is terrible, not as in bad wording terrible, but as in it's missing half of the panels, at first I thought I just was skipping through parts but I got to a certain point and realized that each chapter has half the amount of panels the original story has, since it is cut off the story lacks the depth and the emotion it had before, plus it also makes everything more confusing which isn't actually the case, go read this on another site or you're just missing out
