A regressor is someone who has regressed to their younger body in the past. A transmigration is someone who has traveled from one world into another.
Tia has actually died twice. Her first life she was in the regular world and then she died and got transmigrated into the current world then when she was 20ish she died again and woke up in the past in her 6 year old body.
Regressor is living the same life again. Transmigrator is being reborn in a completely different world. Before her past life tia was living as a normal human in a world like ours
I started re-reading... Tia actually isn't just a regressor but also a transmigrator. I forgot about the latter since she never mentioned it again. She only ever mentioned her past life in this world.
