No yeah it's kind of weird how they still treat him like a little kid especially after finding out about his relationship. The whole situation felt kind of strange. Like when the mom was asking about fried chicken at their room and it was shown as awkward but sweet, like nah that just feels wrong. They need some boundaries. The angel 'family' just leaving felt a bit unfinished as well
i hope that the side stories will clean that plot up a little bit because although i love love love the story at the start the ending just feels rushed and unfinished

piggy should not have reunited with his parents, idk if it’s because i like the found family trope or its just rushed but when i found out he reunited with his family i was stoked but when they gave him curfew or like when they took no time for him and his family to get all chummy with each other, then the angel who took care of him for years like does he not have any feelings for them, like he can let go of them so easily
idk if im picky or what but it’s seems kinda icky for me
still love the story nonetheless
