It's mainly because the women have similar, if not, then the SAME body which can make it less interesting to the eye of a person, eventually turning dull that if you see a certain thing too often, it can start to gradually piss you off (｡•︿•｡)
You can say the same about any art style though, the only difference is that people are not used to it. (Also, I see different body styles, but yes, they mainly follow based on muscle shape, so they can be similar in ways. But that can be said for everything. Idk why people have issues with this art style, it isn't sexist fan service, it is just a great love of bodies of all kinds. They even have an accurate representation of how a lizards tail detaches and the shape of the muscles from it.
