Well the thing is, a lady’s vag is in a different spot than an omega’s hole (I cannot believe I’m typing this rn lmao) and thanks to other organ placement, (omegas have rights to have organs too!) I would assume it would at the very least be more to the side, especially since the baby (if it can even be born naturally) would not be in the back or the front (backs are not made to carry babies but if it’s in the front where the uterus is, then it has too long of a journey to be naturally possible. So based on this, I can only assume that it would be at the side of the stomach. （￣へ￣）
