I’m looking for this Josei about a girl who got an adopted brother? They grow up together and he’s treated as a servant and the girl is the only one treating him with kindness. He ends up killing her brother who abused her and he gets caught and thrown in a dungeon. She saves him but he tells her to leave and they don’t see each other for a couple of years and the wife of her brother (I assume) find her asking if she can take her child.
