I believe it's because kangjoon overstepped at his family's home and that caused him to get very upset with kangjoon because he felt that kangjoon was humiliating him to his parents because his parents already don't care for him because they think he's gay and yeah their hyper religious but anyways kangjoon forces them to acknowledge that he exists by making them all eat together at the dinner table and yeah it gets messy n blah blah he fights with kangjoon because he feels that kang was just using him as a joke and then kangjoon runs out because he's scared n blah I forgot n he tells Jang not to leave him he's sorry he didn't mean he would kill him if he abandoned him but kang hits him in the head and bolts and he gets pissed and so begins to treat kang like he's nothing.
