I feel like he don’t just have trauma about being abandoned but because he killed is father .. like everything seems to be in this direction also I think his head was because of his father maybe legitimate defense or .. the father was a bad man liked maybe it’s abuse ? He say he’s father was not a good person in early chapter and .. everything feel ominous I think yeah his family have like weird secret, like why he have so many memories about hospital ? I don’t know but I’m sure he killed he’s father
yeah, i didn't even think of that mb it's definitely possible in terms of direction, like the story is really pushing that kind of ominous buildup and unreliability with jinwoo’s memories, so i can see why it feels like everything is pointing there.
also yeah the early chapters already implying the father wasn’t a good person is important, but “not good” can mean a lot of things (abuse, neglect, control issues, etc.), not necessarily something that leads directly to murder. so i feel like we’re both kinda in the same direction of “something big happened with the father,” but i’m still leaning more towards it being revealed slowly rather than confirmed already like the author is definitely setting up a twist where what we think happened might not be exactly what happened

agree 100% ! i think also jinwoos father may have tried to kill him or something - we definitely have an unreliable narrator so im excited to see how the plot progresses. i don’t think we will get answers for a really long time lol
woah i just read this earlier this morning and somehow i already caught up to the latest chapter this manhwa is actually insane. i didn’t expect to get this invested in it this fast but every chapter just keeps pulling me in more. and honestly, i never thought the creator of dangerous convenience store would make something like this. this feels like such a huge level up. everything just feels so much more intense and psychological. things are getting really interesting now.
i don’t know if it’s just me but i genuinely feel like jinwoo has some kind of psychological disorder or at least severe trauma because of the way he’s been acting lately. especially with the sleepwalking and how disconnected he seems sometimes. even from the beginning, like that intro where his head was wrapped up or something, it already felt like there were hints that something was seriously wrong with him mentally. his memories definitely don’t feel reliable at all.
• why i don’t think guwon is fully the reason:
- if you go back to chapter 0, jinwoo was already paranoid even before things got deeper between them. after hearing all those things about guwon, it feels like his fear just got worse and worse. but because he’s already mentally unstable and struggling with memory loss, i feel like his reactions are more psychological than rational sometimes. like his mind is making everything feel more terrifying because he’s scared and confused.
• the father situation
- i really feel like his father leaving affected him more than the story has shown so far. whether his father abandoned him or died, either way that kind of trauma can seriously mess someone up emotionally. i feel like that’s one of the reasons why jinwoo feels so emotionally unstable now.
