'Roxana'-- manhwa is dropped but would've fit your desc

'Resetting lady'-- haven't read but the mc is a bit insane

'A step mothers marchen' -- not exactly a transmigration story, but it's got heavy topic and is a good read

'Kill the villainess'--not exactly dark, but it's good plot wise
