I disagree. I would argue its the FL cuz shes older than him in age. Time regressed her physically sure but its still her original body so instead of negating her age, it added to the years shes been alive thus making her more older than the ML. In fact it would have disturbed me if she ended up with someone who didnt know her true circumstance even if that someone would be close to her physical age. It would feel like grooming from her.
Besides, he found out it was her from the very start. He just confirmed it more the more they spent time with each other.
