I’m so glad our little puppy is finally out of danger and recovering well, but that last panel completely broke me. Their goodbye felt so heavy and heartbreaking. I can’t even imagine how Jaekyung must’ve felt, especially after being by Kim Dan’s side when he was at his lowest, lying helpless in that bed.
This chapter really hit different. The emotions, the pain, the love, the regret… everything hurt in the best and worst way possible.
