No shade but it’s actually feeling like a drag atp, especially for me bc jinx is the only manhwa i actually note down and wait for the date it drops. Feels like weve been stuck on this level(¿) of development for a long time
It feels like a drag because it’s ongoing with only 3 releases a month but if you reread the whole thing from the beginning it’s not.
But still a drag for the people who read it while its being published, like i shouldnt have to read it when its finished to not feel no drag
Why are people being dense and angry about this chapter ?
JK feels extremely guilty about what happened to Dan. When he finally decided to ask him to stay with him even though he feel undeserving of him he find Dan BLEEDING in front of HIS house “BECAUSE” of him. We didn’t see what he went through while Dan was in the hospital. But we can clearly see from the state of his face that he is not doing well. JJK probably think that only bad things happened to Dan since they knows each other (especially what he himself did to Dan) and that the only way to protect him and for Dan to be happy is to let him go. Even if it hurts him he probably spend all his time crying and deciding that this is the right things to do.
Of course Dan can’t know about how JK feels even though he saw the signs that he cares. He probably wanted JK to say something but Dan was never really good at voicing his thoughts and always just accept JK decisions. Since he was supposed to leave anyway and doesn’t know that JK was going to ask him to stay, I think he is more concerned about JKs state than his own feelings or expecting anything from JK.
We are only at the 100 chapters!! There is no reason for the story to be over soon and no it’s not dragging!! If you guys want ~50 chapters stories with things concluding fast and no character development go read something else. This is a normal pace for a story like that and I’m glad actually that mingwa is taking the time to make characters with realistic and consistent behavior. They both actually grew a lot compared to the beginning of the story and I think they need a bit more time to be able to really be happy together WICH WILL HAPPENED just be patient and enjoy the ride !!
