Oh he’s definitely traumatized and heartbroken… seeing the one you love almost die in front of you, and realizing it’s because of you. That would tear anyone apart. Even JK doesn’t find himself redeemable or worthy of Kim Dan.

jk probably thinks everything is his fault, and thinks it's better if he's out of kd's life. the accident left him traumatized. i just hope they both heal first before meeting up again, and by that time, who knows they'll be healed and ready for something else (finally).
