i read the novel until ch104 and I'm not sure what his feelings exactly are, but at the point where I'm at he constantly checks on her and it's very protective, so it's very likely he sort of likes her . And they started kissing a lot (with tongue!)
Also since it's a novel from Suji Kim, i expect this to be story where ml seems cold but actually likes a lot, like Cry said, since author's other work is similar
