Yankee & Carameliser sounds similar, but the uke is the blonde. He’s a tsundere,has long hair and a ponytail, and the manga has baking themes.

Guys I literally forgot the plot and don't know the name it's been ages, it was on my already read before the purge T_T
But anyway the only thing I remember is the cover. I believe it was a black haired uke and blonde haired seme. The seme had longer hair up in a ponytail, and had this kind of tsundere embarrassed look to him. It might've had a cake/baking theme to it, but not 100% certain.
Anything helps, I'm just really curious what the manga was!
