That's not really what's going on with the ML. He can't reveal to her why she was being monitored, that he was involved, or who she really is. And he hates himself. A lot. When he calls her husband a piece of shit, he means it because that's what he thinks of himself. He wasn't supposed to fall for her, but he got hooked in their pretend marriage in the role of being her husband, hooked so bad he had to quit his job after because he never wanted to be a honeypot again. He hates himself for the fact he can't tell her the truth and still views himself as her husband, but a terrible one because of this. He hates her obsessively chasing after him because it's watching his wife chase desperately after someone that isn't him even if it was the character he played. The whole sex scene that played out? Him unable to get hard to her trying to blow him? He didn't want it that way at all. He was just trying to be the one she slept with so she wouldn't run off and sleep with someone else, but the scenario of trying to do her the way she was asking for was messing with him.

I quite like the 2nd ML presence. Because no matter what is the situation of ML , I don't like her to suffer this much in front of him and he be like: curse me , chock me but you do love me hehehehheheh.
