im pretty sure he saw it as him actually just being sick not some evil energy attached to him. just because the adults around him were calling it a curse on him doesnt mean he believes thats what actually causes him to be sick
So you know how the red head doesn't belive or i guess didn't believe this was like a curse, outer world, or spiritual based thing happening to the mc but my question is why didn't he? He ends up confessing to almost dieing due to some curse or ill will that latched on to him yet he meets the mc and assumes it's all fake or staged? Like how is it you had a near death by something evil yet the mc cant? Like dude only survived thanks to the grandma shamen coming and saving him then he meets the mc and now its off but not in a evil way no instead cause they are faking it way. Bro got attacked spiritually and then doubted the same could be going on with the mc. Whether the elders and others or the village caused it to appear doesn't change the fact it's still a curse that is real and harming others. Im just wondering why he thought it couldn't be spiritual as a victim of a similar spiritual attack? It just feels weird for him to doubt it being spiritual when he also when through something similar not to mention only survived thanks to a shaman not soup or a cold towel a shaman.
