I liked the plot and was invested in it. I also liked the angst. The rape, not so much. I didn’t really believe in their romance either. I saw the chibi cute moments and other scenes where they fell for each other, it didn't convince me. The author obviously tried to make them have chemistry, it felt forced and it didn't work for me. The MC’s weak and overly kind personality was just annoying. And this is coming from someone who loves self-sacrificing MCs, so yeah, it was a miss for me.
