Omggg this is so real!! I’ve always thought this. A lot of these plots where the OG FL becomes obsessed with the FL feels so superficial. The author just makes it seem like they want the world to revolve around the mc.
It’s so rare for me to feel like the friendship is genuine and not just blatant worship on one part. Inso’s Law is the only manhwa that I have felt that made the two girls have a sincere friendship. It seriously made me jealous, wanting a friendship like that lol
Any story with the storyline with a og fl being obsessed or liking the MC for no reason(let's be for real In all of these stories, all they're doing is being nice and there is probably a thousand and one other nice people in the world to be obsessed with as well) is an indicator of lousy writing or sparkly character syndrome.
