Idk about Korean culture, but as Asian calling your hubby as ahjussi, big brother (not in alabama way), or mister is normal. Your hubby is older than you, and you used to call him by honorifics, then it won't change even after marriage. Not a culture, but more like a common behaviour. Calling your hubby as babe or such kinda feel embarassing, but calling them by their name when they're older than you also feels kinda rude, so sticking with honorofics feels just right, yes, even after years of marriage.

Anyone here knows Korean culture well enough to tell me if it's normal to be married and still call him ahjussi?
