Is it true that the author of the novel isn't going to write another volume ?? Because one more volume is absolutely needed to close all the plot threads that the author created herself. There are so many things to tell us, I can't believe that she just decided to leave the novel half finished .
Does anybody have any piece of information please ???

I think you may be confused with what happened years ago with the author, she did finished the novel main storyline in volume 2 (she had to do it because of contract) what she decided not to do was the promised volumes of other characters POV and side stories, the main storyline of maxi and riftan it’s done, not the best ending for the story since it’s feels rushed and she skipped battles just to get to the finale (she just didn’t wanted to write the story and drops everything but couldn’t) but done.

Why she didn't want to continue ? Did something happen back then? As I heard the novel was successful, so why

Yep, she just rushed to the end because she didn’t really wanted to keep writing the story but had to.

The problem was that the novel was really popular and fan translation started way before any talk about a official translation, the fans outside of Korea growth was exponential and many try to interact with the author via twitter mostly, she wasn’t happy about this cause she was restricting her ip just to Korea for copyright and revenue, most tls stopped translating when she said to stop but some fans and tls didn’t and fighting started. She then grown frustrated and made some comments(I remember really bad one specifically in closed chat rooms) that fans didn’t like and then things escalated to the point when she decided to not make the side stories and POV, then rushed to the ending. At the time there was other problems in the Korea fan base too, because the novel was too dark and trauma bound for you normal “romance” for the fans, that keep her more frustrated too. Since the fan translation keep going then an English official translation was made via Amazon, I remember they released some chapters at a time. And that’s what happened, in the end she had the right to get mad and ask for the tls to stop(almost all did stop) but the comments and the fall out was a lot. And the novel end up lacking because of it.

Gosh this happens every damn time, the fans are stupid imbeciles and the authors are never ready to face the harsh reality. It seems such things happen to often to good stories
