Yes he has concubines but he is not sexually active with them, from what I’ve read so far and from what I can understand the concubines belonged to the previous ruler whom the ML killed( which is what I think u mean by he killed the concubines lover) but actually one of the concubines was this guys lover idk his name he has long white hair in a pony tail, so ML and Tahiti hair guy made that an alliance so ML would be the new ruler so he could have the concubines and give the guys lover back.

I let this marinate since probably the 3 chapter and I saw a edit where he has concubines? And he killed a concubines lover? I need an explanation please cause I don't wanna read yet
