I always wonder what sort of health issues come with drawing, like is it a bad back/malnutrition? Or is it just that the best authors always have underlying health conditions in the first place

    workload is too heavy and the deadlines are too close so it's a lot of exhaustion and muscle ache in both back and wrists. could also cause neglect of nutrition, degradation of eyesight, etc.
    manhwa and manga artists have a lot on their plates and it ultimately affects their mental and physical very horribly if not properly paced. the poor work ethics in that industry kill people, so I personally try not to complain about a hiatus.

    and I think being able to recuperate after a burnout so quickly is admirable, too, since those things can last for years before you feel the desire to pick up the pen again.
