Honestly wish this didnt have a happy ending tbh Idk its a good story but its also… all over the place in a sense? Like whats up with the play pretend lovers trope and then sepration trope and then the uke becomes a twink… In the middle of it all the uke also fucked an old fuck buddy which i kind of dislike I think the place where the uke is coming from is understandable, hurt people will hurt people right… but thats no excuse to do to someone what they once did to him Thats also another aspect of the story i disliked, could we have kept the grooming and pedophilia out of it? It was just thrown in there, not properly discussed (sure they discussed his sexual exploitation but not really the pedophilia part) and not really necessary tbh Overall its a beautiful story, im glad they parted ways to grow before getting back together… still wish they wouldnt have ended up together and just moved on Sometimes ppl get into your life to teach you a lesson and i think this should have been the case But anyways, if you were gonna make them have a happy ending, i feel like it wasn’t satisfying enough.
