I feel bad for baby Lloyd

If he was guided and told his worth wasn't just limited to be a knight, then it would've been so different. He tried so hard time and time again and whilst Lloyd's father told Habiel about being a knight after he showed talent. Lloyd never really got that redirection and was just filled with rage and jealousy from so young.

Like we see, both parents were destined to fall into a scheme, but only one thing was different from both scenarios, and that was another better child being added into the mix. There are children that grow to hate their sibling from a very young age cause they are improving so much and get compared time and time again to the smart child. What that child grow up to be later on is up to them, but while being a child, a small tlk and reassurance can do wonders

His parents knew he didn't reach the level, so a talk was better sooner rather than later, and who knows, the story would've been so much different with Habiel and Lloyd having a better relationship even if the parents would've still fallen into the scheme, but idk Lloyd could've maybe started a small business with the help of the parents before that cause he is shown really enthusiastic at a young age.

I would love a little what if episode to that cause even if the consequences of adulthood led him to shor-term death, we see he wasn't that drunkard and vile person as a child. Just a talk and redirection could have done wonders.
