It's kinda iffy if it is incest. Though I do agree with you to a certain extent. If you look closely, the incest was for the realizations at the ending. The whole allegory of "Family"(it's the childlike explanation of what a family is, a family is made up of people who love each other) I don't have to explain the rest I believe. It's certainly a eonderful story!

it's not what I expected but it was actually not that bad! Would've gone crazy hard as a plain horror or mystery story.. there was no need for the incest..
