omg same I was thinking it's probably because the author is really good at making you feel the anxiety and dread of the situation...
and also the fact he actually looks like a really young child makes me feel extra hurt

Idk what it is, but ML's background is so horrifying that it's making me sick reading it. I've read other stuff like this before but I don't remember feeling so sick. Poor baby, I cannot even - omg
