I would’ve DEMANDED they do/show prints for the “evidence.” If it ever got to that point, you should be able to show that I handled the item, or whatever you got it out of.
If im “so careless” to leave highly illegal drugs anywhere in my car, why would I care to use gloves or safety when handling? He wouldn’t care that much, and that in itself could’ve been proven NOT HIS SUBSTANCE .
