Chongha (blonde) is top, clues:
1. When they discuss kids, Chongha says he’s not carrying them but Sammuk/Bumryeok says he’ll do it, and that he wants 8 kids.
2. Ending side story scene where they’ve slept together, Bumryeok has noticeably more hickeys while Chongha has some light red scratches on his back.
3. Most BL stereotypically have the taller one as the top. We have the trope here of bubbly/pretty tall top with stoic/serious slightly-shorter bottom.
