I can't blame her for wanting to die even if she knew he was under a spell, the things she had to pass through by the hands of the one she loved are unchanged and even though it's not his fault, it's a undeniable truth that he did it. She has too much trauma to live with the guy that supposedly helped killing her father, incriminating her and letting her starve till death. What she needs is to stay away from him and everything there and find a new reason to live.
FL and ML were married and he neglected her due to brainwashing from other woman for 20 years so so he was under her spell. The other lady works for the emperor and wants to control ML and kill FL, she is also a sorceress. ML was able to break the brainwashing spell cast by the other woman in previous life and then both he and FL went back to the past before they were married. Both seem to have their memories of the previous life.
