Sometimes they say really obvious things thinking they're being soo intellectual. We all know this manhwa is a cliché, and it won't hurt them to know that a lot of people find it entertaining, that's all.
I love hate this series. I like some aspects while I hate some. We know it's cliche but there are so many people who can't accept that it is cliche. There's some here but most of them can be seen in twitter. Since jinx is the first manhwa for so many small children as young as 12 or 13, basically young teenagers who lack critical thinking skills who go on a tirade if you even mention something bad about the series. Someone was deeply analyzing their eyebrows and tying it to some bs meaning to make it sound interesting. someone was analyzing their clothes, even tying their hair colors to some mythology. Basically there are some children and bad faith readers who are js too young to be reading ts shit. I mean one girl went as far as to say "what are you on? men, that too adult men can't get raped. i am 21 years old and I have never been raped. only small children get raped." so yeah. that's how some people are.
Why are you so pressed though you can just scroll (⊙…⊙ ) why so attached to a manga i don't get it
I don't think it's trying to be intellectual, it just happens when you've sat and read through 40 chapters because you're procrastinating smth else you have to get it out before it eats you from the inside of course other people will like it, that's kinda the beauty of a comment section is you won't all agree but can write what you think. Idk reading stuff like this just gives insecurity to me, like y'all really can't handle a few people disliking it so much you will actually read through their comments and get upset about it when no one is forcing you to do that either

Yeah ik im just not convinced ppl can always separate criticism and hate, i mean the example you gave of "so badly written" just isn't hate lol like even if someone writes a long thing that's criticising it doesn't mean they hate it. And i still don't get why it should matter if they did (￣∇￣")
