ive read the novel and gjord is literally beind an asshole, he literally yells at him, storms off, causing him to have a manic episode like... not his best moment
He doesn’t “storm off.” He starts to walk away then Sylhan all of a sudden is having another of his fits, he then stops and comes back immediately. Sylhan is already in a very sensitive, unstable constitution from what’s happened. He also apologizes, which you’re not mentioning. You’re trying to paint Gjord like he’s this heartlesss person when it’s not true.

Calm down no one said he’s heartless, and sylhan isn’t have a “fit” he’s going through a psychotic or maniac episode stemmed from trauma and torture. It’s not a fit.
