It’s not tragic, it’s actually quite satisfying watching su in and everyone slowly begin to understand each other and heal from their past. Also I think su-in, the mc, is fvcking awesome, he’s just super cool. Plus the cast are all really unique in their own way (they got depth, like better than a lot of the stuff I’ve read recently), you can tell the author really cares about their story.
Anyway, don’t trust me though, I’m biased since I like this story and characters quite a lot. Going back to your question, I would say it’s not tragic, it’s a hopeful story (also one where the mc and his band totally kicks ass).

I read chapter 1 thinking the MC was gonna go back to a time when his brother was alive so that he could protect him but nope, his brother AND his parents are still dead. And now I feel horrible. I barely survived watching "Given". Is this gonna get more tragic? I know the rating is high but should I keep reading?
