I think an open ending works in this case. The only way I see it being not an open ending is if they time skip like 15 years to him talking to a therapist or something.

this is so well written i cant get enough, i always prefer happy endings and never really a fan of open endings but this manhwa changed my perspective on it and idk im just so speechless n very impressed at the same time
