It has one of the saddest endings i've ever read so stay far far away from it pls

well they needed to survive until past midnight in order to keep living and the book tricked us into believing that they did it but in the end one of them fucked up in a really stupid way and died shortly before midnight and the other one left safety out of grief and died too. Was written so eternally beautiful really shattered me
